If you're curious or already have a few hours under your belt, a highly anticipated update is available for this excellent game.

The story of FF7 Ever Crisis continues on mobile

A new update of FF7 Ever Crisis is now available since tonight on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android (smartphones and tablets) platforms. An important patch for the story since it adds a new story chapter “In the Snowy Mountains”. “A new chapter for the Crisis Core FF7 storyline which follows the events of the spin-off starring Zack Fair. This chapter follows Zack as he uncovers the secrets of mass desertions at SOLDIER, including that of his friend and mentor: Angeal Hewley. During his investigation, a mission takes him to the snowy resort town of Modeoheim, in pursuit of Genesis Rhapsodos ».

In addition to this new chapter in the story that follows Zack, the collaboration between FF7 Ever Crisis and FF6 continues. This crossover, which will please many Final Fantasy 6 fans, includes a special quest, outfits borrowed from FF6 (Edgar, Locke, Terra, Sabin) for Tifa, Aerith, Cloud, Sephiroth and Angeal. Additionally, this encounter also offers new weapons and other rewards for FF7 Ever Crisis Core, and a boss fight against Kefka. The game is available for free on iOS, Android, but also on PC via Steam.
