Dfor several days, the song has been setting social media on fire. The words, nauseating, testify to uninhibited racism: “Yes, you will leave. And sooner than you think. We’ve given you enough. Many far-right accounts have already relayed this song, presented as “the hit of the summer” by the X account “Chances Lucien”. The president of Reconquête!, Éric Zemmour, even filmed himself dancing on it. Former police officer Bruno Attal, known for his radical positions, accompanied the song with television images showing the expulsion by plane of an individual, first taken away by force by police officers. Bruno Attal tweeted: “I happened to forcefully put foreigners on the plane who had committed dozens of offenses or even crimes! “I’m not leaving.” With Jordan Bardella, Ciotti and Zemmour you will leave! »

The words clearly fall within the scope of the law

The TikTok account @Claudiamariani2a appears to be the source of the song. In addition to the song, there are other similar content with equally racist lyrics.

The SOS Racisme association has filed a complaint against an unknown person for “incitement to hatred and discrimination against a community because of its religious affiliation or nationality”, claims the association’s lawyer, M.e Ivan Terel.

“Through the presence of the words “djellaba” and “fatma”, for example, it is very clear that these words target a specific community in its entirety: people of Arab or Muslim origin,” explains Dominique Sopo, president of SOS Racism – if we can even speak of a single community. “This community is presented as having come to France to benefit from aid such as “the RSA”. »

“All the people who relay these words are complicit in this incitement,” adds Dominique Sopo.

What legal means can I have these songs removed from social networks?

Since February 2024, the European Digital Services Regulation (DSA) has required all digital platforms to combat the dissemination of illegal content, including racist content.

The company which administers the TikTok network declared to BFM then to Parisian having removed two of his videos, without knowing whether it is for their racist nature or because they contravene the law. But the videos with the song in the background remain visible on many accounts, in particular that of Éric Zemmour.
