9 a.m.: the accident is over, but the traffic jams persist
According to Bison Futé, the accident is over on the inner ring road south of Toulouse, but traffic jams persist on the A620 and the A61. Le Journal Toulousain takes stock at 9 a.m.:
- N124 from Léguevin to Colomiers: 6.2 kilometers of traffic jams;
- N124 from Toulouse to Colomiers: 1.3 kilometers of traffic jams;
- A64 from Roques to Toulouse: 3.7 kilometers of slowdowns;
- A620 from Purpan to Montaudran: 7.8 kilometers of traffic jams;
- A620 from Montaudran to Empalot: 3 kilometers of traffic jams;
- A61 from Balma to Montaudran: more than a kilometer of traffic jams;
- A62 from Croix Daurade to Sesquières: 4.8 kilometers of traffic jams.
7:45 a.m.: traffic jams on the Toulouse ring road
The pileup between the three cars is still in progress on the inner ring road around 7:45 a.m., thus creating traffic jams on the A620 but also on the A61, for those wishing to take the Palays interchange in Montaudran. Traffic is saturated for more than 4 kilometers.
Also note that motorists traveling in the North-East of Toulouse are also starting to be numerous, particularly on the A62. Slowdowns are currently in progress over more than 4 kilometers between the Croix Daurade exit and the Sesquières interchange.
7:25 a.m.: an accident disrupts traffic on the ring road in Montaudran
The situation risks deteriorating quickly south of Toulouse. Indeed, an accident has just occurred on the A620, on the inner ring road, near exit 21 Pont des Demoiselles. According to data communicated by Bison Futé, three light vehicles are involved. They then neutralize traffic on the right lane and the emergency lane in the East-West direction. Traffic jams will not be long in the sector.
Furthermore, motorists have started to slow down on the A64 between Roques and Toulouse. This represents more than 5 kilometers of disruption at 7:25 a.m. Be careful.
7 a.m.: heavy traffic west of Toulouse
From 7 a.m., motorists encounter some difficulties on the N124 between Léguevin and Colomiers. Like every morning, traffic jams set in early near Pibrac towards Toulouse, they are usually due to heavy traffic in the area. For now, the disturbances only extend over 2 kilometers. But the situation can change at any time.
