A living room where everyone will be able to pick something for themselves or for pleasure, with the holidays approaching. And there is something for all tastes and budgets, in very different worlds as well.

Glass sculpture, haute couture or contemporary button embroidery, cabinetmaking, rye straw marquetry, but also silk fans, paper lace, concrete, or even mosaic, leather goods, jewelry, knitting, soap… the choice is vast.

Featured Japanese art

New this year, Japanese art is in the spotlight with three stands dedicated to it, on kinysugi, a method of repairing porcelain, ikebana (flower arrangement) and Japanese paper.

“The desire to always diversify, to highlight talents, never the same, at each edition, is a rule from which we do not deviate,” indicates Martine Jouannet, member of the organizing committee of this show which will reward three of them at the end of the weekend with the Public Prize, Soroptimist, and Soroptimist junior, the latter already awarded to Wendy Gallard.

This young beauty apprentice from the Cognac careers campus, distinguished in the MAF regional competition (silver), will also host this meeting and offer nail care and makeup services.

“Talents of women”, Saturday 23 (10 a.m.-7 p.m.) and Sunday 24 November (10 a.m.-6 p.m.), at La Salamandre. Entrance: €3.
