By the end of July, Gong Chaa brand of bubble tea coming from Taiwanwill open a very first point of sale in Strasbourgrue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Poissons, right next to theopticien Jimmy Fairlynot far from here Notre-Dame cathedral.

Bubble tea and classic teas

Among the flagship products, you can find the brown sugara bubble tea made from black tea with milk with brown sugar syrup et tapioca pearlsthe passionwith coconut jelly, green tea, passion fruit syrup et tapioca pearlsor even the taronamed after this racine which looks like the sweet potato/almondaccompanied again and again by tapioca pearls.

Besides that, the establishment will offer a selection of classic teas: black tea, green tea, Earl Gray tea, oolong tea, milk tea and matcha tea.

For bubble tea, count between 4 and 7 eurosdepending on the recipe and toppings and, for classic teas, between 4 and 5 euros.

Gong Cha, an Asian giant conquering France

Founded in 1996 in Taiwan, Gong Cha first developed in Asia and in North America before disembarking, in 2023, in Francewith a first store in Paris.

The second opened to Vendenheim (Bas-Rhin)within the Shopping Promenade – Cœur Alsace, then at Colmar (Haut-Rhin) last March.

Currently, Gong Cha counts more than 2,500 stores worldwide.
