From Limoges to the Côte-d'Or via Paris, the round of news for Saturday November 16 in France.
A blue march was organized in Limoges (Haute-Vienne), Saturday November 16, to pay tribute to Jean-Marc Chatard, an emblematic character of the city. Aged 74, the former mason, who continued to wear his work overalls, was fatally struck by a motorist. 300 people marched.

In the Parisian night, the Virgin of Notre-Dame was escorted by a crowd of faithful. The statue returned, on Friday evening, to its home, the Paris Cathedral. It was found intact inside the building after the fire five years ago. The reopening of Notre-Dame is scheduled for December 7 and 8.
