Since the start of the month, domestic fuel oil prices have been particularly attractive. They have fallen significantly, which motivates homes heated with this fuel to stock up. For this first day of the weekend, they remain stable and still in the low range.
This Saturday, November 16, ordinary fuel oil is exactly 1.109 euros per liter, according to the specialized site Prixfioul.fr. As for the superior, it is sold on average at 1.128 euros per liter. Whether for ordinary or superior fuel oil, the prices indicated on this platform are the same as those of the day before.
For its part, the Fioulreduc site displays an average price of 1.104 euros per liter. According to this online comparator, the daily price is also stable. Finally, on the Fioulmarket site, fuel oil is sold for 1,109 euros on average for a purchase of 1,000 liters. For this platform, on the other hand, today's price is up 4 euros for 1,000 liters compared to those displayed on Friday.
Where to find the cheapest domestic fuel oil in France this Saturday?
According to the Fioulreduc.fr platform, which compares the prices of domestic fuel oil between regions, it is in Burgundy-Franche-Comté that we find the cheapest price in France today, with 1,069 euros on average for a purchase of 1,000 liters. Conversely, it is in Hauts-de-France that the price is the highest in the whole country, with 1,158 euros for an order of 1,000 liters. For comparison, the difference in prices between Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Hauts-de-France amounts to 89 euros for a purchase of 1,000 liters.
This slight rise in domestic fuel oil prices in France, according to certain platforms, is essentially due to the increase noted on Thursday in oil prices. However, black gold prices have been on a downward trend again since Friday. If this decline continues, fuel oil prices in France will perhaps plunge again. According to the specialized site Prixdubaril, Brent from the North Sea is quoted at $71.57 this Saturday morning, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) is at $67.77 per barrel. Since Friday, prices have fallen by one dollar per barrel.
