Next month, Samsung plans to introduce a new name to its Galaxy Watch range: Ultra. This connected watch should offer features never before seen from Samsung, but this will of course come at a very high price.
Not much was known about the Galaxy Watch Ultra until now, other than that Samsung made a questionable design decision for its first, most premium watch. The big question was above all the price at which this connected watch would be offered, which should in all probability be presented at the next Galaxy Unpacked.
During this event in Paris, the South Korean giant will present very expensive devices. First of all its new foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Fold6, but also this watch with the new name “Ultra”. Let’s hope for the company that it thinks about discounts or inventive pre-order bonuses to find a customer base.
Galaxy Watch Ultra price leaked
A first leak relayed by 91Mobile indicated that the Galaxy Watch Ultra would be offered in the United States at a price of around $700. Now the European price of the watch has also leaked thanks to the site ytechb, which spotted it on certain sales sites, as well as the launch labels planned for the base Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Buds 3.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra should cost between 689 and 699 euros. A very high label, which is not so far from that of the first Apple Watch Ultra when it is launched in 2022. The Galaxy Watch Ultra would thus be much more expensive than its predecessor in terms of range, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The Ultra name promises significant improvements, compared to the watch also released in 2022.
The Galaxy Watch 7, for its part, will be offered in two versions:
- €319 for the 40mm Bluetooth version
- €349 for the 44mm Bluetooth version
Headphones Galaxy Buds 3 et Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will be respectively offered to 229 € et 319 €. Be careful, as usual, these leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt. No proof of their authenticity has been obtained and prices may change between now and the official release. However, with only a month to go before the presentation, they are probably close to reality. Either way, you’ll have to be ready to stretch your credit card to get the best Galaxy Watch.
