This Thursday, November 14, during a press conference at the Saint-Denis media library, the La Réunion des Livres association announced the winners of the Grand Prix du Novel Métis 2024 and the Prix du Novel Métis des Readers de la Ville de Saint-Denis 2024, in the presence of a CM2 class from the central school.
As a preamble, a tribute was paid to Jean-Luc Schneiderbookseller and publisher who worked extensively in the Indian Ocean, Reunion Island and Madagascar, who died a week earlier.
Two titles were awarded and a special mention awarded

- The convoy of Beata Mother Mairesse (Flammarion) wins the Métis Novel Prize from Readers of the City of Saint-Denis 2024.
- What I know about you d’Eric Chacour (Philippe Rey) obtains a special mention from the jury of the Grand Prix du Roman Métis 2024.
The winners will receive their prize on December 3, 2024 during a ceremony at Château Morange in Saint-Denis.
