Rain-flood: three departments of Île-de-France on yellow alert this Friday

Also, Meteo France place this Friday June 21 10 departments on orange alert and 20 others on yellow due to a risk heavy rain and flooding. The most scrutinized departments are Mayenne and Maine-et-Loire (also on red “flood” alert), but also Sarthe, Loir-et-Cher, Loiret, Indre-et-Loire, Eure-et-Loir, Savoie, Isère and Hautes-Alpes.

In Ile-de-Francethree departments are placed in yellow alertnamely the YvelinesL’Essonne and the Seine et Marne. According to Météo France, these three Ile-de-France departments could be affected by this heavy rain and this risk of flooding during the night from Thursday to Friday, from 3 a.m. The phenomenon could continue until around 10 a.m.

Furthermore, note that the whole of Île-de-France is once again placed in yellow vigilance “thunderstorms for this day of June 21. According to Meteo Francethese storms could hit the different Ile-de-France departments this Friday between 3 a.m. and 10 a.m., then between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
