Streamer Amine is selected in the “best international streamer” category. The videographer Etoiles is nominated for the “best combat streamer” award. The ceremony will take place on December 8.
Streamers on Twitch also have their ceremonies. Created in 2020 by the American QTCinderella, the Streamers Awards will take place this year on December 8 in Los Angeles to designate the best creators of live content on Twitch in 27 different categories.
The event revealed this Tuesday, November 12, the list of named influencers. And, in the middle of a very American selection, two French people stand out from the crowd. Aminematue is thus named in the “best international streamer of the year” category.
Amine, followed by 1.8 million subscribers on Twitch, started on the platform with gaming and reaction videos to American reality TV shows. But it was his passion for football that really made the videographer take off.
In 2022, Aminematue organized the Eleven All Stars Gamea football match between French and Spanish streamers. All in front of 20,000 spectators at the Jean-Bouin stadium in Paris and up to more than a million people in front of the screens remotely.
Last May, the French streamer was chosen by Gerard Piqué to lead the French team to the Kings World Cup, the World Cup of its 7-a-side football format. His team was eliminated just before the round of 16.

The content creator followed by 1.1 million subscribers on Twitch won the prize in this same category on February 17. He shines in particular on the games Minecraft and Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
He became known during confinement through his passion for general culture. On Twitch, he hosts The night of culturea show inspired by the France 3 game show Questions for a Champion. In this format, the videographer watches replays of the competition live and answers questions with their subscribers.
He has since declined this concept with Museum night. During these filmed visits, he discovers live the collections of the Louvre museum or the Palace of Versailles, accompanied by popular YouTubers like Squeezie or Léna Situations. Last August, Etoiles organized Culture Clash, a major general culture show at the Grand Rex in front of 2,000 people.
All the nominees were nominated by the spectators. It is also possible to vote for the two French people on the Streamer Awards website. Voting closes on November 26.
