Even if the weather forecasts are doubtful, summer is on the horizon. So to put a little sunshine in our ears, Deezer and Spotify have unveiled their list made up of the hits that will punctuate our summer 2024. A host of songs to listen to – without moderation – by the pool, on your towel with your feet in the sand, in the fresh air or to liven up a summer evening.

Both Deezer and Spotify are banking on big names in the music industry to keep us moving all summer long. Among them: Dua Lipa with “Training Season” and “Houdini”, Beyoncé with “Texas Hold ‘Em” or even Taylor Swift with “Fortnight”, “Cruel Summer” and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart”. Without forgetting the duet David Guetta and One Republic, “I Don’t Wanna Wait”, and that of Kygo and Ava Max, “Whatever”.

The two streaming platforms also agree on the idea that Sabrina Carpenter and her hit “Espresso” will be on our minds until the start of the school year. Since the release of this song last April – which took our TikTok feed by storm – the ex-Disney star has risen to the rank of musical revelation.
As for French artists, we without hesitation adopt “Fio Maravilha” by Bon Entendeur and Nicoleta, “Adieu” by Jeremy Frerot or even “Nous on sais” by Pierre Garnier – the winner of the last edition of the Star Academy.
