Vicq-sur-Breuilh. RESA 1211 What legacy do we leave?. A coffee talk organized on November 16 at 4 p.m. in Vicq-sur-Breuilh will allow us to question our time on earth. “What legacy do we leave? », This is the question that contemporary artists Ava Fischbach and Axelle Labrousse asked themselves in a research and experimentation project in the Limousin region.
Their meetings with different audiences in urban and rural areas have nourished their own reflections on our relationship to the traces we leave on this land, our link with popular traditions, anchoring in a commune or more broadly a country… In their approach artistic, these young graduates from Ensad also worked on their ecological impact by using, for example, local materials and natural pigments. How to create in an eco-responsible way? How can we highlight and reclaim local resources?
The artists will answer all your questions by explaining their path towards this project which led to the exhibition “La trace” at the Cécile-Sabourdy museum, a young “museum of France” which works daily on questions of heritage and environment.
Meet on Saturday November 16 at 4 p.m. at the Cécile-Sabourdy museum (free, all public, reservation via [email protected] au 05.55.00.67.73).
