Our colleagues from Capital and of The voice of the North discovered thata person acting alone canvassed the citizensat their home, to offer them replace their garbage collection bin against 10 euros. It was in the town of Wimereux (Nord-Pas-de-Calais) that the scam was first observed. Quickly, the municipal teams and the gendarmes then alerted understood that this same person would have tried their luck in a neighboring town, in Équihen-Plage.
