Nutri’babig organized its annual QSE (Quality Safety Environment) day on Wednesday June 12, 2024.

Rozenn Le Boulanger, executive secretary, explained the course of this full day, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which ended with a time of conviviality. “It concerns all staff and the entire hierarchy up to management and also allows all participants to get to know each other better.”

Five workshops

Note that the company has 250 employees. Taking into account rest times and active people, there were 160 people involved in the operation divided into ten groups which rotated through five workshops led by various speakers: MSA (First Aid), Abocea (labeling), Team Connect, Espace Game -CSR: corporate social responsibility, sophrologists leading a sleep workshop and two workshops created by the Nutri’babig quality team (food preservation and Trivial Pursuit on product safety).

“We are organizing this day for the third year in a row,” explains Rozenn Le Boulanger, “with the idea, of course, of making it permanent. Note that what is acquired here in the context of work can also be used by those concerned in their daily lives. It also allows us to talk about the profession in a different context. Each time, the overall themes come back but the workshops change.”
