Euro 2024: where to watch the Red Devils matches?

The opening of the tournament, which will take place on June 14 between Germany, the host country, and Scotland is not very far away… And the entry into the running of the Red Devils also by extension! The coach of the Red Devils, Domenico Tedesco will unveil his list for Euro 2024 on Tuesday May 28. The players will be expected from Friday May 31. In order to prepare as best as possible, the Devils will also have two “sparring partners” between now and June 17: Wednesday June 5 at 8:30 p.m. against Montenegro, before another on Saturday June 8 at 8:00 p.m. against Luxembourg. The selection will then take off for Germany on Wednesday June 12. Then it’s time for serious things!

Euro 2024: return of the competition in the summer, RTBF (La Une/Tipik) on the job

It is once again RTBF which will broadcast all the matches of the Red Devils and other nations on television and on Auvio (51 in total). Unlike the last major international competition which was played between the months of November and December 2022 in Qatar, this Euro 2024 is therefore being played as traditionally between the months of June and July. If the weather is good, and even if it is not, an atmosphere guaranteed in small groups or with friends, around all forms of screens (TV, PC, tablet, mobile, giant screens in public places, etc.) !

The distribution of matches broadcast on La Une or Tipik is not yet known but we can already say that the first channel will broadcast the Red Devils and the great football nations. Tipik will host the other matches and will be used in “double screen” during the 3rd and final day of the group stage.

All matches also live on Auvio for free!

If you do not have access to television during certain matches, please note that they will all be broadcast live on Auvio, RTBF’s online platform. On the Dutch-speaking side, Euro 2024 will be broadcast in full and live by VRT (in particular on Sporza).

Red Devils: TV rights acquired until 2028

Domination of the French-speaking public channel on European football and the Red Devils. In 2021, RTBF renewed its contracts with UEFA concerning the European football cups. It will broadcast the next two final phases of the Euro, in 2024 and 2028, the qualifying phases linked to them as well as the qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup. For the 2026 world precisely? It has not yet been decided but we can already say that the French channel TF1 will not broadcast anything, it has lost the rights to the 2026 Football World Cup organized in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Belgium, France, Portugal, England…: who will win Euro 2024?
