What to watch this weekend? 2 films, 2 series and 1 documentary

5. This is the number of programs that won the hearts of the editorial staff this week. First of all, there is “Juliet in Spring”, a French film, directed by Blandine Lenoir, which evokes with tenderness and humor the return home of a young thirty-year-old after a series of romantic disappointments. A very endearing pastille. Still on the feature film side, “Behind Hate”, available on Prime Video. A gripping thriller led by the Hollywood duo of Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain. A nugget. Finally, Sunday morning, we glue ourselves in front of our small screen to discover “Alexandre Mattiussi, Ami: birth of a collection” on Paris Première. Something to delight fashion enthusiasts.

Series to watch this weekend

This weekend, two programs are doing well. There is (of course) the second part of season 3 of “The Bridgerton Chronicles”. A successful Netflix series, the last four episodes end in style the chapter devoted to the romance between Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. More of a fan of detective series? “Presumed Innocent” is for you. This story of a prosecutor (played by Jake Gyllenhaal) accused of murder is sure to keep you in suspense.
