This year (or 2025 according to some demographers) marks the end of births of the alpha generationi.e. all people born from 2010 onwards. Also, studies and marketing discourses on this generation abound with regard to their behaviors – from an exacerbated relationship, from a very young age, to digital screens to a social conscience and environmental impact more pronounced than in previous generations. We call them “streaming children” or we consider them angry with reading. But what is it really? They are between 9 and 14 years old and demonstrate their aspirations, their passions, their relationship to consumption but also the way they understand the world, delivering their vision of friendship or love. In our fifth episode, Eliott, 12 years old, a 5th grade student in Paris.
What are your activities outside of school?
I really like table tennis and I do club climbing on Wednesdays. I also play golf with my grandpa when we are on vacation in the countryside. I like reading the P
