Anderlecht has six selected for the Euro. Not surprisingly, four of them are Danish.
By signing for Anderlecht, Kasper Dolberg found his way back to the Danish national team. Last October, he was recalled to the selection after a year of absence.
The 26-year-old striker may have only started once in the last four preparation matches, but he has received playing time each time. Kasper Hjulmand seems satisfied with himself, as he explained at a press conference.
“Kasper is exactly where he needs to be. Personally, he feels good and you can see that he is comfortable as a person and as a player,” he said, in comments relayed by the Bold media.

He seems in better shape than in recent weeks. Anderlecht : “During one of the last training sessions, he showed off all his qualities. He’s a scary attacker who has everything you need.”
But with competition from players like Yussuf Poulsen, Jonas Wind or especially Rasmus Højlundfinding a place will not be easy: “We have four very different guys with us. Kasper is fantastic when we have the ball and we are close to the opponent’s goal” concludes the coach.
