Thursday, May 30, Donald Trump was found guilty of the 34 counts against him in the Stormy Daniels affair by a popular jury in the State of New York. This is the first time that a former American president has been criminally convicted. He will receive his sentence on July 11. In the meantime, he has already indicated that he will appeal and his new trial should not take place before the presidential election. It remains to be seen whether or not he will be sentenced to prison, which is unlikely, according to experts. In any case, his candidacy for the presidential election is not called into question.
