According to FDJ figures, established in April 2022, Ile-de-France is the luckiest in EuroMillions, with 23 winners or 17% of the total, followed by Provence-Alpes-Côte- d’Azur with 14 lucky winners, and Burgundy-Franche-Comté which has 11 lucky winners.
