From the “hole” of Coyan plateau at the Salers buron renovated to accommodate the touriststhe author evokes the architectural stages, linked to specificities and constraints of their timewho scored five centuries of summer pasture without forgetting to pay tribute to the people who lived this life. A very harsh life softened by strong and emotional memory of the few testimonies collected.
