Ardèche: three people injured by firearms leaving a nightclub

The events occurred on the night of Thursday October 31 to November 1, around 2:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the nightclub. The Seven in Saint-Péray. A 22-year-old man was shot in the head. Treated as an absolute emergency, he was transported to Valencia hospital. The second victim, a 25-year-old woman, was shot in the leg. The third, a 22-year-old man, was injured by shrapnel.

At least 158 ​​dead in floods in Spain: how to explain such a heavy toll?

The dramatic bad weather which affected the south-east of Spain has caused the death of at least 158 ​​peoplethe highest human toll in this country since deadly floods in October 1973. This flood – linked to a 'cold drop' phenomenonan isolated depression at altitude quite common at this time of year – was such that it caused several rivers to emerge from their beds and led to the sudden formation of enormous torrents of mud.
