A resident of Lunel-Viel, in Hérault, has just made the dream of many bettors come true by winning the tidy sum of 138,696 euros. To win this jackpot at Quinté+ spOt, he only bet 3 euros, a choice which paid off this Tuesday, October 29.
This big winner validated his ticket at the “Le Lunelviellois” point of sale, under the eyes of the owner, Maxime Mercier. The latter, delighted with this unprecedented victory in his establishment, shares his enthusiasm: “I have had my establishment for 4 years, and this is the first time that a prize of more than 100,000 euros has been won. The winner was in my point of sale at the time of the race and witnessed his victory in direct He's a regular that I know well, I'm very happy for him.“.
This lucky bettor is now one of the 186 big PMU winners having pocketed a sum of more than 100,000 euros since the start of 2024. He is the fourth in Hérault this year to reach such an amount, after a player from Balaruc-les-Bains (€198,614 in February), another in Agde (€100,179 in February), and a last one in Le Canet (€126,848 in September).
