De Bruyne does not rule out a move to Saudi Arabia: “In two years, I could earn there what I earned in 15 years”

Kevin De Bruyne (soon to be 33) could play in Saudi Arabia next season. In front of the VTM camera, he did not rule out a departure for Cristiano Ronaldo’s championship. “Michèle (her era) agrees to accompany me on an exotic adventure. It’s a discussion that we have more and more within the family. I still have a year of contract, so I have to take into account what can happen. My eldest son is eight years old and he has only known England. He also asks me how much longer I will play for Manchester City. At the right time, we will have to handle this situation in a certain way.”

Kevin de Bruyne facing the press: the captain feels “100% ready” for the Euro

Saudi Arabia is a plausible destination. “At my age, you have to be open to everything. We are talking about incredible amounts when it could be the end of my career. Sometimes you have to think about it. If I play two seasons there, I could earn an incredible amount of money, which is comparable or even higher than what I earned during the previous 15 seasons. But at this point, I haven’t had to think about it yet.”
