Top scorer in his group in National 3, Ichem Ferrah is preparing to experience a very different year next season. Jean-Michel Vandamme, director of the LOSC training center, sets the tone.
A resident of the LOSC training center since a young age, the U14 category, Ichem Ferrah (18 years old) is climbing the ranks one by one. Within the reserve team which has been playing in National 3 since the 2022-23 season, a year during which he still alternated with the U19s, he is today an influential member of this group having played the climb this season. Author of fifteen goals, the best total for a player in his group, he made a few appearances with the professional group during the past financial year, whether in Ligue 1 (2 minutes) or in the Europa Conference League (9 minutes) : “He’s a child of LOSC. He has a very good mentality. He is truly one of those young people with great potential that we want to work with. After a notable season, it is with a certain ambition that the attacking midfielder can look forward to the future. Still in the columns of The Voice of Sports, the Lille leader takes stock. Ichem Ferrah will see its status evolve in the coming months: “He will resume with the professional group. We will also see who the coach will be, his opinion will be important and based on that we will adapt because he is not going to spend his life in N3. Either he will spend the season with the pros, or he will be loaned”concludes Jean-Michel Vandamme.
