Boulogne-sur-Mer, Dunkirk, Le Havre… These cities where real estate prices are on the rise again

Since the start of the year, property prices have started to rise again in certain municipalities. And, like last month, in certain cities this trend is very marked, according to our Bien’Ici barometer.

Real estate prices are starting to rise again. Of course, this is not the case in all cities, but in some this trend is particularly marked, according to our Bien’Ici barometer – BFM Business (based on ad prices before negotiations).

Thus, on June 1, real estate prices increased particularly in Boulogne-sur-Mer. They soared by 5.7% in one month. As a result, over one year, they increased by 5.8%. In Dunkirk, they also increased in one month, by 4%, bringing growth to 7.7% over one year. Same problem in Le Havre and Caen, where real estate prices rose by 2.3% and 2.1% respectively. Over the year, prices therefore increase by 7.1% and 10.1%.

Some notable price drops

But prices are not increasing everywhere. If the declines are less obvious, they are still notable in Saint-Etienne (-2.7% over one month), Calais (-1.8%) and even Strasbourg (-1.7%). It should be noted, however, that Calais remains the city where prices have soared the most in one year, with an increase of 12.4%.

Over one year, prices fell the most in Villeurbanne, Mulhouse and Montpellier, with -8.6%, -8.5% and -8.1% respectively.
