Cheikh Abdou Mbacké Bara Doli, currently in Canada, appealed to the Senegalese to mobilize this Saturday on the occasion of National Clean-up Day.

The MP insists on the importance of health for the development of the country and urges his compatriots to support the initiatives of the new authorities, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye and Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, in order to ensure a total success of this day.

According to the vice-president of the Liberty and Democracy parliamentary group, cleanliness and sanitation play a crucial role in the economic and social development of Senegal.

The marabout invited his loved ones, the members of his political coalition, as well as all Senegalese to participate massively in this day of cleaning. He encourages everyone to take part in this initiative in their own neighborhood, commune, department and region to make Senegal cleaner.

He stated : “I ask all Senegalese to go out en masse this Saturday to clean our living spaces. This is an opportunity to show our commitment to our country and support the actions of our leaders. »

The first edition of this clean-up day is planned for this Saturday, in Dakar and throughout the country. The objective is to encourage the Senegalese to invest in cleaning their daily environments.

The President of the Republic has decided that, from now on, a cleaning day will be organized each month, in order to raise awareness and mobilize the population on the importance of sanitation and the development of our territories. This initiative aims to encourage citizens to take responsibility for the cleanliness of their living spaces, both in cities and in villages.
