In 2018, the Ministry of Justice created a National Access to Law Day (JNAD) to promote public policy to support access to the law throughout the country.

This policy is locally implemented by the 101 departmental access to law councils (CDAD) and the access to law council of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy which manage more than 2,000 justice points.

These structures are open to all and host free legal access hours provided by professionals (lawyers, notaries, court commissioners) and by associations.

Since September 2021: a unique number, 30.39. This number allows a direct connection between a user and a justice point.

■ Furthermore, the House of Justice and the Law of Nogent-le-Rotrou will be present 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the shopping arcade Leclerc store in Nogent-le-Rotrou (avenue de Paris Margon).
