The Naples Yoga Festival returns for its IVth edition on October 18 and 19, 2024 to the magnificent Complexe Monumental de San Domenico Maggiore. This annual event aims to bring together enthusiasts, practitioners and novices of all ages, offering a unique experience of physical and mental well-being at the heart of Naples. The festival will be open Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It is advisable to book in advance.

Naples Yoga Festival: the program

The festival offers a program rich and variedwith yoga classes, meditation and holistic practices suitable for all experience levels. Participants will have the opportunity to explore different yoga styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Anukalana and many more. In addition, there will be meditation and sound yoga sessions with Tibetan bowls, allowing everyone to find the practice that best suits their needs.

Focus on young people

One of the new features of this edition is the attention paid to young people high schools in Naples. Friday, October 18, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., students will be invited to participate in introductory yoga and meditation sessions. These activities are designed to help them manage the anxiety and stress typical of adolescence, providing useful tools to face the challenges of modern life.
