AMSTERDAM – Stellantis is today launching the second wave of its employee stock ownership plan, “Shares to Win”, in 18 countries, extending this program to almost all of its employees, i.e. more than 230,000 people worldwide. Building on the success (22% of eligible employees participated and 4.4 million shares were subscribed) of the first wave of its ‘Shares to Win’ employee shareholding plan launched at the end of 2023 in and Italy, it is now almost all of Stellantis’ employees, who will be able to subscribe to this plan between November 5 and 14, 2024, for a total of 14 million shares.

“Shares to Win” gives Stellantis employees the opportunity to become shareholders of the company under preferential conditions:

  • No minimum subscription amount or from one share subscribeddepending on the country,
  • 20% off the reference share price (equal to the average closing price of the Stellantis share on the Milan Stock Exchange between September 30 and October 25, 2024),
  • a matching contribution of 100% of the personal amount investedup to 1,000 euros(1)

While 1.8% of Stellantis’ capital is held by employees(2)the extension of this incentive system aims to serve the company’s ambition to reach a first level of 5% of the capital held by its employees in the years to come.

Since its creation in early 2021, Stellantis has been committed to involving its employees in the company’s performance as part of the “Care” pillar described in its Dare Forward 2030 plan.
