We denounce the unworthy conditions of his detention, the humiliations suffered and his unfair sentence. We recall that the right to a fair trial requires that each litigant be able to appear before their judges, and we demand the adoption of all necessary measures to guarantee access to justice, respect for the rights of the defense and protection lawyers in the exercise of their mission. This day was not chosen at random, since Sonia Dahmani will appear again before the Tunisian courts in another case, still for crimes of opinion.
