This Friday, May 10, 2024, at around 2:30 p.m., firefighters intervened in the town of Saint-Michel-de-Chavaignes, with an injured cyclist. The accident occurred at a place called l’Abbaye. A vehicle and four firefighters from the Montfort-le-Gesnois emergency center were dispatched to the scene.
No other vehicle involved
The victim was in “a serious condition”, according to emergency services, which required his evacuation to the Le Mans hospital center (Sarthe). According to firefighters, no other vehicle was involved in the accident.
