The Wet Feet Funny Ideas event is a day to raise awareness of flood risks. This event, organized by the Federation of houses, will be held on Sunday October 13 at Rive d’arts, in Ponts-de-Cé.

The waters of the river have been rising and falling for millennia, shaping our landscapes. During this day, the theme of floods will be presented in a fun and artistic way for adults and children alike.

All activities will be free

A diversified program for this day of immersion in the culture of risk. All activities offered during the event will be free. The shows will be available upon reservation (free) through Loire odyssée.

The program for the day will be as follows: 10:30 a.m., nature walk lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, with a maximum of 25 people, around the discovery of the fauna and flora of flood-prone environments; 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., “Goutte à Goutte” shadow theater (20 minutes, 30 people, from 3 years old), a small show for young audiences on the theme of the journey of water, from the cloud to the sea, via the school; 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., escape game “Mission: water rescue!” » (1 hour, team of 3 to 5 players, recommended from 10 years old), a team game on the theme of flooding; 2 p.m., fishing activities for small creatures of the water (1 hour, 25 people), a supervised dip-netting workshop for larvae and crustaceans from the Loire; 3:45 p.m., free snack; 4 p.m., shadow and puppet show “La Maison en petits cubes”, by the Spectabilis Company (1 hour 15 minutes, 150 people, recommended from 6 years old).
