It was under a beautiful day but with a very capricious autan wind that the spring round of the Equip’athlé challenge took place in Castres with a great performance from the young blood and gold shoots.
The two mixed formations composed by Jean-François Prigent with the help of his fellow technical managers demonstrated great cohesion and a very good group spirit in line with that which animates their elders.
In the final ranking, the benjamins won while the minis ranked second. The club’s choice being to play in N2, which allows a little more flexibility in team formations, is paying off because both groups will be qualified for the regional final on May 26 in Albi.
In the chapter of individual results, we will find in the order of performance ratings: Audrey Cavalié (LPA) 37 points with 19’25”67 in the 3,000 m minimal walk, Manon Deleris 36 pts with 3’26” 06 in the 1000 m and 31 pts with 9m22 in the triple jump for the youngest, Juliette Tournier 33 pts with 8’19”84 in the 2000m minimum, Louane Casi, 32 pts with 23m96 in the discus and 29 pts with 1m28 in height for the youngest and Louanne Bouzat-Joulia 31 pts with 26m62 in the minimal discus, these results entering the top 50 of the day.
