After eight weeks of competition, the final of The Voice Kids will be held this Saturday October 5, 2024 on TF1. A live broadcast… or almost! In fact, only one sequence will be offered live to viewers. Find out which one.
The adventure ends soon… This Saturday October 5, 2024, TF1 will broadcast the final of The Voice Kids 10. An adventure which began on August 17 and which, at the end of eight weeks of competition, will end with the victory of one of the four finalists still in the running. But contrary to what one might believe, the final will not be broadcast live. At least not completely. Here’s why according to information from Puremédias.
The final of The Voice Kids live, or almost
There were around sixty candidates at the start, there are now only four. Four to hope to succeed Durel, winner of The Voice Kids 9 with his coach Slimane. It is therefore Tim (Lara Fabian), April (Patrick Fiori), Louis CG (Claudio Capéo) and Coline (Slimane) who will compete on stage, first with a solo title, then a duet with one of the guest personalities for the occasion, one of which will make its highly anticipated media return. A great evening, but only a sequence of which will be broadcast live… Indeed, if the entire season was recorded during the end-of-year holidays, the finale will be (presque) live. The majority of the show will be recorded from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. the same day for broadcast from 9:10 p.m. And only the announcement of the winner will be made live.
Why will Slimane be absent from the final of The Voice Kids?
After supporting the talents for more than two months, it’s impossible to miss the final outcome, right? And yet, Slimane will be absent for a good part of the evening. The singer will certainly be present when the show is recorded on Saturday afternoon, but he will then have to fly to Brussels. Indeed, Slimane must perform a concert in the Belgian capital on the same evening as the final of The Voice Kids 10… However, he will be able to speak in duplex from his dressing room once off stage and thus support and encourage his little protégé Coline. Even more so if she is one of the two finalists!
