A strong testimony. In the show What an era! broadcast this Saturday, May 4, Adriana Karembeu made several confidences about his life. In her autobiography, published recently, the model revealed that she was the victim of sexual assault by “a famous French director”. He allegedly tried to rape her.
“I brushed aside this story”, at the time of the factssays Adriana Karembeu in What an era!. But the appearance of the #MeToo movement had an effect on the host, who felt “cowardly” for not saying anything. “The predator is out there and he has done this to other women“, she confides.
Adriana Karembeu had an appointment with the director to talk about a film project. “I defended myself,” she emphasizes. In her book, the model says that the man notably thrown “brutally on (her), kissing (her) violently.”

In his autobiography, entitled FreeAdriana Karembeu also recounts her painful childhood, spent alongside a abusive father. She also regrets not not having “said goodbye to (his) father earlier”. During her pregnancy, the host had some pretty terrible dreams.
“I had nightmares every night. (…) I wanted to hurt my father with my own hands“, says Adriana Karembeu. “Which person can hurt a child. It’s incomprehensible to me.”points out the mother of little Nina, born in 2018.
During the show, the model returned to the birth of her child and had difficulty holding back her tears. “I love you so much“, she confided in What an era!.
