While many are careful about what they spend at the grocery store, Quebecers were shocked by the price of a Ricardo chicken sold in an IGA.

From what we see in the photo, the price of this Ricardo chicken is $28.95.
However, it seems that there was a labeling error…
In fact, we can read on the label that this is the price for a chicken breast which is $25.99 per kilo. On the label, we can see that it weighs a little over a kilo and we therefore arrive at a price of $28.95.
By going to the IGA website, we realize that Ricardo chicken is actually not that expensive at the moment…
We therefore witnessed, as too often on social media, a storm in a glass of water…!
