France Espoirs team. Rayan Cherki back in Gérald Baticle’s list

Everyone has their own list. While Didier Deschamps unveiled the Blues squad who will challenge Israel and Belgium in the League of Nations, Gérald Baticle did the same with the Espoirs. The latter play two qualifying matches for the Euro Espoirs against Cyprus (October 11, in Cyprus) and against Austria (October 15, in ).

For the occasion, the former Angevin coach called on some well-known names, who were not there during the previous gathering. Thus, OL striker Rayan Cherki returns to the Bleuets. Sidelined by his club at the end of the summer, with a view to a potential departure, the Lyonnais was not selected by Baticle in September. These great performances in Ligue 1 have surely helped to reverse the trend.
