On April 27 and 28, the gymnasts of the Zébulons de Caraman club particularly distinguished themselves during the competition in Saint Jean. Four teams were entered in the departmental division and they all managed to get on the podium.

In the Promotion category, in 7/9 years, Jeanne Lagente, Lizzy Gaulin, Enora Loubere, Jaylane Boucaut and Margaux Meyrieux had a very good competition and rose to first place on the podium. Jeanne obtained the best score of the competition on 3 apparatus.

Gold, silver…

Among the 9/11 year olds, it is also a gold medal for Lisa Bousquet, Enoha Espitalier, Manon Faure, Lola Chapouloud, Giulia Passemard. Lisa came first on the beam, Manon and Enoha obtained the tied best score on the uneven bars.

In the Promotion 10/13 year old category, another gold medal for the Zébulons thanks to the performances of Marilou Chuche, Lana Leduby Cristante, Ambre Bouthors, Maïlli Sarrio and Madyson Artigalas. Madyson earned the highest score on vault and uneven bars, while Marilou excelled on balance beam.

In the Honor 9/11 year old category, it was a great second place on the podium for Jade Vergnes, Mila Cros, Edith Resina, Elyna Portes-Ferri and Hanaé Waegebaert. Jade received the highest score on the uneven bars and floor exercise.

Babeth Payrastre, the club’s sports instructor, is delighted to see that the work of her gymnasts has borne fruit. She is very satisfied with their work and their state of mind. She also appreciates the investment of experienced gymnasts in supervising the teams, thus welcoming the quality support provided by Brooke Gaulin and Aurélie Payrastre.

The Zébulons club also benefits from the investment of gymnasts as judges. Thus, on Saturday Aurélie Payrastre judged as an expert judge on the uneven bars, while Perrine Thomas was also an expert judge on the balance beam on Saturday and Sunday. Louise Pepin was also present on the uneven bars as a club judge.
