Olivier Ndoole, Congolese defender of the environment and land rights of local communities, won the prestigious Global Citizen 2024 prize on May 3 in New York ( States). This activist was awarded in the climate, reforestation and nature category.

Olivier Ndoole’s first words were for the activists imprisoned or even killed for defending the environment. This Global Citizen winner believes that this prize is the fruit of the collective efforts that push him to continue this fight in favor of communities and ecosystems.
