A few days ago, F1 has set down its bags under the Miami sun and so, set foot on American soil for the first time this season, before returning at the end of the year, to Austin, then to Las Vegas. On this occasion, certain teams have decided to bring the first developments to their single-seaters, this is particularly the case at Mercedes. On the Alpine side, improvements will also be introducedbut they won’t be completely new… Indeed, they were already tested two weeks agoin Shanghai, by Esteban Ocon only.

The data collected allowed the French team to validate these developments, it is now Pierre Gasly’s turn to benefit from it ! “China demonstrated the scale of the work ahead of us. We made an upgrade on one car, and we will have it on both in Miami, allowing us to make some progress. Gasly is not discouraged!
