Loxbox is a fully automated platform including professional modules. Managing the delivery of Loxbox is traceable from end to end. On the delivery side, the application allows you to offer the most efficient route while monitoring the delivery.

“We offer our partners full access to our entire network of collection stores throughout the country” assures Riadh Hamama, 30 years old, founder of the startup. Riadh holds an ATPL Airline Pilot License, 1st theoretical phase and 2nd practical phase on local flights in Tunisia. Trained at CEFE (Business Creation and Entrepreneur Training), under the aegis of ANETI, he started in the RedStart Tunisia support structure and before launching his own startup, he provided support , training with WikiStartup, Impact Partner, Program: Samsung Fast Track, Italian Trade Agence and Open Startup Tunisia, Program.

After obtaining an airline pilot’s license, how do you retrain as a startupper?

Riadh Hamama explains: “The choice to launch the startup LOXBOX was born following a misadventure experienced during confinement in 2020, in the midst of the Covid+ pandemic. We were forced to shop online and for me the experience was not rewarding. My order was not delivered to me because I was unable to find a delivery slot with the delivery person. So the idea came to me to design an online platform that offers a flexible and efficient solution for order management. I was already a fan of entrepreneurship and the idea of ​​designing a platform through which customers can benefit from faster and more precise processing of their orders sprouted in my head and took its path”.

Through the Loxbox platform, any customer can track the status of their order online, such as expected shipping date, tracking number and delivery information of the goods like package tracking, delivery date.

To date, the founder of Loxbox has not raised any funds.We are establishing ourselves more and more on the national market and are moving towards the international market without raising funds. We won several awards, with financial support from family and friends at the start, we managed to overcome the financial challenges. We have already launched our product in a West African country, this is our pilot project in Africa and we intend to expand our customer portfolio internationally in the coming months.”.

Thanks to an e-relay system, “LoxBox” makes it possible to manage deliveries made through online transactions efficiently and quickly. The Startup already has 40 physical relay points and 3 smart boxes which allow secure order management.
