Statbel, the Belgian Statistical , has just published real estate prices in Belgium for the year 2023. In Belgium, compared to prices during the year 2022, the median prices of closed or semi-closed type houses closed increased by 2%, which represents an increase of 5,000 euros. Regarding open-type houses, prices increased by 2.5%, an increase of 9,000 euros. Apartments were 3.9% more expensive, which means an increase of 9,000 euros. What is the real estate situation on the Coast?

Knokke-Heist, bad student

To afford an apartment in Knokke-Heist, you will have to pay on average 555,000 euros. Buying a house is obviously even more expensive since you will have to pay on average 737,500 euros. Amounts which place it directly at number one of the most expensive municipalities on the Coast.
