The Ours 28 office (Oval’union rugby sud) invited the entire club to a day of cohesion, Sunday, in Bonneval, on the occasion of the first home match of senior rugby players against C’ (2) .

It began with a morning reserved for rugby school training, led by Florian Galerne, then continued with a picnic shared by the children and their parents, before giving way to the Regional 3 championship.

The team, coached by Lou Bouhraoua, won 34-14 against the Chartres reservists, its second consecutive improved victory after that recorded at US Orléans (29-13), a week earlier. The numerous spectators were able to appreciate the quality play offered by the team led by Tony Staelen, a president at the heart of the game and the fight.

Implication

Note, still in line with cohesion, the establishment of sponsorship asking each senior player to follow two to three young people from the rugby school, in order to create a learning environment. This approach not only helps to develop technical skills, but also to transmit the values of respect and commitment specific to oval racing.

In return, the participation of young people in senior meetings encourages their involvement and motivation, creating a feeling of community and belonging to Ours 28.
