This Thursday May 2, 2024an accident occurred in the town of Vion (Sarthe). Five people were injured.
An accident involving a cart And a caroccurred, around 8:25 p.m.at the place called The Little Oatmeal. According to the gendarmerie, three minors and an adult were on board the cart. In the other vehicle, the driver was alone.
20 firefighters from emergency centers Malicorne, Morannes-sur-Sarthe-Daumeray (Maine-et-Loire), Noyen-sur-Sarthe And Sablé-sur-Sarthe went to the scene.
Three seriously injured
According to Sarthe departmental fire and rescue service, three injured presenting “serious condition” and two injured in “light condition” were transported to the Le Mans hospital center.
The gendarmerie investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of the accident. According to initial information, a refusal of priority could be the cause of the collision between the two vehicles.
