I am simply going to encourage people to see and consider their garden in a different way, the size of which tends to diminish. They must avoid having plants that serve absolutely no purpose other than beauty. Especially since you can find some that are as beautiful as they are good. And believe me, there are a lot of them. I often mention lilac during this period, because it is beautiful and it can be very good when it is infused in a cream, in a broth to transmit its exceptional fragrance to a dish. Why buy chives sprayed with pesticides in the supermarket when you can grow them very well…
