Welcome home, to the Foire de Sens with Gisèle from Fermes du Ravillon, Jérôme Joubert, chef of Rive Gauche in Joigny and president of Gourmand’Yonne, and with Laurent Demont, campanist at Mamias for the bells of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne.
