A Russian missile attack killed at least three people in Odessa, southwestern Ukraine, local authorities reported early Wednesday.
“The enemy attacked Odessa with ballistic missiles. As a result of the attack, three people were killed and three others injured,” Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov said on the Telegram social network. “All necessary medical aid is being provided to the injured,” Odessa region governor Oleg Kiper said on Telegram. “There is damage to civilian infrastructure,” he added, without providing further information.
