Morgane solves her first investigation

Steve arrives at the Massalia residence with his hands full. And for good reason, he agreed to help Morgane solve her very first investigation alone, and to do this, he borrowed sound detectors from a friend.

Once equipped, Morgane and Steve go to Mr. Legendre. The latter thanks the young woman for being so invested. It must be said that she is the only one who believes it, because neither the doctors nor the police take it seriously.

Suddenly, Legendre hears a noise. Steve turns on his detectors and also hears this famous sound. It is located in the kitchen, in the attic. Morgane asks Legendre to bring her a ladder so that she can examine the scene.

At first glance, Morgane sees nothing. Suddenly, she starts screaming. Steve asks her if everything is okay, and the policewoman responds: “We have a problem, we’re going to need a cage.” She comes down from the ladder holding in her hands… a bird. Here is the person responsible for noise pollution in Legendre. Mission accomplished with flying colors for Morgane.

Has Vanessa changed her identity?

For her part, Blanche is consumed by guilt. And for good reason, she is now convinced that Vanessa Kepler is none other than Corine Lantier, her former classmate when she was in 6th grade. At the time, Blanche was constantly making fun of this little girl.

Luna tries to cheer Blanche up, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Blanche said to her friend: “All my life, I have fought injustice and in fact, I am an executioner. How am I going to live with that?” She blames herself so much that she would be ready to leave the old brothel to Vanessa Kepler.

Finally, Blanche decides to go to her former classmate. Surprised by his arrival, Vanessa declared: “I thought we had said everything,” but Blanche replies that she came not to talk business, but to apologize for her behavior at school.

Blanche reveals to Vanessa: “We were in the same classes and I, with other students, were bullied, insulted, harassed.” But against all odds, Madame Kepler pretends not to remember it. She even says: “If one day my name was Corine Lantier, I would remember it.” Was Blanche mistaken or is Vanessa hiding the truth?

Did Kilian kill Betty Solano?

At the restaurant Le Mistral, Barbara informs Thomas that one of his Japanese knives has disappeared. She wonders if Kilian didn’t attack Betty with it, but Thomas abruptly cuts her off before she has time to finish her sentence: “Kilian didn’t do anything to Betty, if that’s what you’re implying.”.

Disturbed by what is happening, Barbara confides to Thomas that she wants to notify the police, but the latter asks her to keep it a secret, because it could harm Kilian: “I know my brother like no other and I know I’m right.”

For his part, Kilian is summoned to the police station. Ariane questions him: “You are aware that you are the last person to see Betty alivethat makes you a crucial witness”. As a result, Kilian must explain his last interview with Betty in great detail.

The young man tells Ariane that he was alone in the restaurant (when in reality, Aya was present) and that Betty threatened to cut his veins if he did not return with her. He declares that he managed to calm her down by admitting that he no longer loved her: “You made me suffer, now I’m . Today I have Aya, and this girl means more than anything to me.” Then Betty would have left alone.

recounting these facts to the police officer, Kilian states that he returned to the residence around 11:30 p.m. But what he does not know is that Ariane has proof that he did not return until around 3 a.m. in the morning. Why did he lie about this schedule?

Once the interrogation is over, Ariane takes stock with Meïline, Jean-Paul and the prosecutor. She informs them that the DNA from the punch found at Betty’s house is none other than that of Kilian. The prosecutor declares: That makes him a serious suspect.but now I need proof.”

For its evening service, the Mistral has a full house. Suddenly, Ariane and Jean-Paul arrive and inform Thomas and Killian that the bar-restaurant is being searched. All customers must therefore leave the premises. Kilian is panicked.

After several minutes, the police found traces of blood on the ground. Barbara states that it’s probably meat blood, but that doesn’t seem to convince the police. Then, Ariane asks Kilian where the famous kitchen knife used by Betty is, but he pretends not to know.

A little later, the police informed the Mistral team that the bar-restaurant would remain closed until further notice. And for good reason, this emblematic place in the neighborhood is considered a crime scene. Kilian is placed under arrest for the murder of Betty Solano. Is he really responsible?
